How Do You Identify?

You feel great and want to keep crushing your bucket list!

You are happily retired and doing everything you ever wanted to. Yet, in the back of your mind you are terrified that you won’t be able to act like you’re 30 forever. You have worked hard, and have the resources to travel internationally, take extended trips with your children and grandchildren and cant imagine life any different.

It’s been a slow fade

You may be approaching 60, but being the MVP of the state championship game in high school seems like only yesterday.  And it doesn’t seem that long ago that long ago that you just did whatever you wanted to do physically without even a question of injury.  Your physical health is important to you, and you continue to hit the gym, but you struggle as acute injuries become chronic annoyances. You refuse to slow down, but you realize that you are having trouble keeping up.....

Your Physical Limitations Are Affecting Your Ability to Really Enjoy Time With Others

You have the desire to be active, but don’t have the ability to go fishing or get on the floor with your grandkids anymore; and you feel robbed. Since your knee replacement, you just can’t seem to get your life back. Your surgeon and physical therapist say you are “good to go”, but you are terrified to get down on the floor or attempt anything more than a careful walk on even terrain.

You are scared to walk out your front door

Used to be strong and confident but a couple falls have you afraid to do anything remotely resembling an active life.  Your bucket list went out the window long ago and you find your only thoughts are those of  just staying out of assisted living.
